Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities involves inherent risks. These risks may include physical exertion, dancing and movement-related injuries, falls, slips, collisions, and contact with other participants or equipment. As a responsible parent or legal guardian, I am fully aware of these risks and voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and my child.

Parental Responsibility:
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that my child is physically and emotionally capable of participating in dance activities. I will inform the Dy.Clan Dance Studios staff of any physical or medical conditions that may affect my child's ability to participate safely.

Medical Emergencies:
In the event of a medical emergency or injury to my child while participating in dance activities, I authorize the Dy.Clan Dance Studios staff to seek medical treatment and provide necessary medical care, including first aid, CPR, and calling emergency medical services. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Release and Waiver of Liability:
By enrolling my child in dance classes at Dy.Clan Dance Studios, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Dy.Clan Dance Studios, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in dance activities. This release and waiver of liability include, but are not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Photography and Videography:
I grant Dy.Clan Dance Studios the right to photograph and/or videotape my child during dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities. I understand and agree that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Dy.Clan Dance Studios website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.
