Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child in our dance studio. By registering your child, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment and Registration:

1. All participants must complete the registration form accurately and provide necessary contact information.
2. Enrollment is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required fees.
3. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Classes and Schedule:

1. Our dance studio offers various classes suitable for children of different age groups and skill levels.
2. Class schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the dance studio, and participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.
3. Participants are expected to arrive on time for their classes. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the class or may be asked to observe only.
4. Dy.Clan Dance Studios reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to low enrollment. In such cases, alternative options or refunds may be offered.

3. Code of Conduct:

1. Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of behavior and respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
2. Bullying, harassment, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Dy.Clan Dance Studios reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of enrollment, in such cases.
3. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and actions of their children while on the dance studio premises.
4. Proper dance attire and footwear must be worn during classes. Dress codes will be provided for each class, and participants are expected to follow them.

4. Health and Safety:

1. The well-being and safety of our participants and staff are of utmost importance to us.
2. If you or your child are feeling sick, experiencing any symptoms of illness, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious condition, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending classes and stay home to rest and recover.
3. Participants must not return to the studio until they have fully recovered, as determined by medical advice and clearance.
4. Participants must be in good health and free from any contagious conditions that could pose a risk to others. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the dance studio of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.
5. Dy.Clan Dance Studios will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, it shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during classes or on the premises.
6. Participants and parents/guardians must adhere to any health and safety guidelines and protocols provided by the dance studio, including those related to COVID-19 or any other contagious illnesses.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a healthy environment for all participants and staff.

5. Payments and Refunds:

1. Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each term or as specified by the dance studio.
2. Payments are accepted in cash or credit/debit cards at the front desk at the studio. Personal checks may not be accepted.
3. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or result in the participant being excluded from classes.
4. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, and there will be no exceptions to this policy. Once the tuition fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. In the event of a serious medical condition or injury preventing a participant from continuing classes for an extended period (more than half of the term), a request for consideration may be submitted in writing with valid medical documentation. The decision to grant any credit in such cases will be at the sole discretion of the dance studio.
6. Any payment disputes or concerns should be addressed to the studio management promptly for resolution.

6. Photography and Videography:

1. Dy.Clan Dance Studios may capture photographs or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes.
2. By enrolling in our dance studio, you grant permission for the use of such photographs or videos on the dance studio's website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.

7. Lost and Found:

1. Please note that our dance studio does not have a Lost and Found service.
2. Participants and parents/guardians are solely responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to keep track of their items at all times.
3. The dance studio will not be held responsible for any items that are forgotten, lost, or left behind on the premises, including dance attire, shoes, personal belongings, or valuables.
4. Participants and parents/guardians are encouraged to label all personal items brought into the studio with their names to aid in the identification and retrieval process.

8. Communication:

1. Dy.Clan Dance Studios will communicate important updates, announcements, and notifications via email or other designated channels. It is the responsibility of participants/parents/guardians to check their email regularly and stay informed.

9. Amendments and Termination:

1. Dy.Clan Dance Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
2. Dy.Clan Dance Studios may terminate the enrollment of any participant who consistently fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others.

By enrolling your child in our dance studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
