Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling or participating in any activities at our dance studio. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Enrollment:

1. All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
2. Enrollment is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Dy.Clan Dance Studios reserves the right to refuse enrollment or dismiss any participant for inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with rules, or any other valid reason.

2. Payments and Fees:

1. All fees and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the dance classes.
3. Payments can be made using the Vagaro app or with cash/credit card at the front desk at Dy.Clan Dance Studio.
4. If making payment through the Vagaro app, participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information and completing the transaction securely.
5. In case of payment by cash or credit card at the front desk, participants will receive a receipt for their records upon request.
6. The dance studio reserves the right to modify the fees and payment schedules at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

By providing multiple payment options, we aim to offer our participants greater convenience and flexibility in managing their dance class payments.

3. Attendance and Punctuality:

1. Participants are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual.
2. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class after a certain time to minimize disruptions.
3. Missed classes due to personal reasons or schedule conflicts will not be refunded or compensated.

4. Code of Conduct:

1. Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the dance studio.
3. Participants are responsible for the care and safety of the dance studio's property and must report any damages caused by them.

5. Health and Safety:

1. Participants must prioritize their health and the health of others at the dance studio.
2. If a participant is feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or has been exposed to any contagious disease, they must refrain from attending dance classes or entering the Dy.Clan Dance Studio premises.
3. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health and physical fitness levels to engage in dance activities.
4. Dy.Clan Dance Studios will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during classes or events.
5. The dance studio will take necessary precautions to provide a clean and safe environment, including regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas and dance equipment.

By staying home when feeling sick, participants contribute to the well-being of the dance community and help prevent the spread of illnesses. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at the dance studio.

6. Dress Code:

1. Participants are required to adhere to a dress code during dance classes for a comfortable and safe experience.
2. Jewelry that could pose a safety risk to participants should be removed before the class.
3. Participants are encouraged to keep their attire clean and presentable.
4. To maintain a hygienic environment, participants should avoid wearing excessively sweaty clothing or dance shoes.
5. Bringing an extra shirt or towel to change into during breaks is recommended to freshen up, especially in classes with vigorous physical activity.

We believe that following the dress code will not only ensure a professional atmosphere but also contribute to the safety and enjoyment of all participants during dance classes.

7. Media Release:

1. The dance studio reserves the right to photograph, record, or film participants during classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes.
2. By enrolling or participating, participants grant Dy.Clan Dance Studios the permission to use their likeness, images, or videos without compensation.

8. Changes and Cancellations:

1. The dance studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events, or performances due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable.

9. Personal Belongings:

1. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings brought into Dy.Clan Dance Studio premises.
2. It is highly recommended that participants label their items, including dance bags, water bottles, clothing, and other personal effects, with their name or contact information.
3. While the dance studio will make reasonable efforts to assist in the recovery of lost items, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings.

Labeling personal items helps in their identification and increases the chances of their safe return in case of misplacement. We encourage all participants to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings during their time at the dance studio.

10. Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida.
2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

11. Severability:

1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
