Waiver and Release of Liability for Dy.Clan Dance Studios Participants
1. Assumption of Risks:
I understand and acknowledge that participating in dance activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, falls, collisions, and contact with other participants or equipment. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during my participation at Dy.Clan Dance Studios.

2. Health and Fitness:
I hereby confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in dance activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Studio of any medical conditions, limitations, or injuries that may affect my ability to safely participate. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the Studio's instructors and staff regarding my participation and well-being.

3. Release of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Dy.Clan Dance Studios, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in activities at the Studio. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dy.Clan Dance Studios, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with my participation in activities at the Studio.

5. Photographic and Video Release:
I grant the Studio permission to use photographs, videos, or other likenesses of me, captured during classes, performances, or events, for promotional and marketing purposes, both online and offline. I understand that my name or personal information will not be disclosed without my separate consent.

6. Severability:
If any provision of this Liability Waiver and Release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating in dance activities at Dy.Clan Dance Studios, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
Please note that participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
