Dy Benitez
Artistic Director and Founder of Dy.Clan Dance StudiosSince she began dancing at the age of 7, Dy has had a passion not only for dancing but for sharing her talents and love of the arts with others. Dy was born in Havana, Cuba. She was trained by the Cuban National Ballet School in Havana graduating as a... professional dancer and becoming a instructor at the age of 18. As a professional dancer, she was part of many prestigious companies like, Cuban National Ballet, Citie Ballet of Edmonton, Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami! At the age of 21 she decided to evolve into other styles like Salsa, Hip-Hop, Commercial Dance… where in a very short period of time the success was outstanding.
Dy has perform with artists such as Shakira, Adam Levine, Michael Jordan, Marc Anthony, Prince Royce, Chayanne, Ozuna, Victor Manuel, Don Omar, Jerry Rivera just to mention a few of them. Her passion for teaching and creating drove her to open her own studio at the age of 25. Dy.Clan Dance Studios has been home for thousand of students 2 - 80 years old. Dy continues to teach and train kids and adults for dance competitions, shows, congresses, magnet schools or simple for fun… having the best results and the happiest students, while at the same time being actively dancing in movies, commercials, corporate events, Salsa Congresses, and Music Videos.

Christopher Alvarez
Mr. Christopher Alvarez is a very talented dancer and teacher. He started off dancing at a studio called Dance Attack which gave him training in multiple dance styles which included Ballet, Hip hop, Contemporary, Ballroom, Jazz and Acrobatics.
After, he went on training with top choreographers and dancers such as Marty Kudelka, Lyle Beniga,... Rich, Tone, and so many more. This training gave him the opportunity to travel around the world dancing for world renowned artists such as Ricky Martin, J.Lo, Ozuna, Chayanne, just to mention a few.Even performing for the King and Royal Family of Saudi Arabia in 2019. He keeps on training to push his potential even further everyday the same way he encourages his students in daily training
